Shipping policy

Shipping Details

All orders are processed and ready to ship in 1-3 business days. When your order has been fulfilled you will receive an email notification from DRIFT FLY CO (driftfly@driftflyco.com) which will include a tracking number and order details. Click on the tracking number to be redirected to a USPS status page. 

All orders are shipped via USPS and cost is based on package weight and service selected at checkout.

If you haven’t received your order within 10 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at orders@driftflyco.com and provide us with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

If the status page states your package has been delivered but it is nowhere to be found, you may file a claim with the shipping carrier by going to their website and completing the claim form. Please keep in mind during the peak holiday season thousands of packages are processed and unexpected delays occur. 

Instore Pickup

You can skip the shipping fees with free local pickup at our Downtown Memphis location. After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up within 48 hours. We will send you an email when your order is ready. Please email us at orders@driftflyco.com if you need to make changes to your order. 

Our in-store pickup hours are 9 - 4 on Monday - Friday. Please have your order confirmation email with you when you come.
